The Old Bank, Cooktown

The 'Old Bank' building was originally built in 1891 as the Queensland National Bank and is typical of the Victorian era with magnificent red cedar counters.

Cooktown museum

The building is heritage listed inside and out and today it houses the Cooktown Healthy Community Hub in the downstairs offices. Definitely worth a visit when you are exploring the streets of Cooktown.
